Reminder the All County Musical Auditions and Technical Interviews are happening today and tomorrow . See below for more info! To make the show more accessible to all students , we have changed to the Chorus Line Teen Edition ! If this changes your desire to audition or you could not come out to the June 5th auditions , contact besimpson@ccboe.com by morning of June 7th to get an audition spot that evening’s callbacks. Scheduled Technical interviews are on zoom on either June 6th or 7th . Here is the link for the zoom interviews .

You must bring your PRINTED, COMPLETED, and SIGNED audition form with you to auditions. They will be collected as soon as you arrive!
After scheduling your audition above, you can begin to work on your audition piece.
ACTING AUDITION INFORMATIONPlease prepare 16-32 bars (approximately 45 seconds) of a Musical Theatre selection that best highlights your vocal tone, abilities, and performance qualities. All music should be instrumental and downloaded on a device to play through an audio system. No a capella singing!
Come dressed and prepared to dance/move!!! Appropriate footwear (jazz shoes, character shoes, or sneakers) required.
Callbacks are on June 7th at 3:00 by invitation only.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEWS INFORMATION
Please schedule your Zoom meeting using the "Schedule Your Tech Interview" link above and be prepared to discuss your technical resume during your interview!
Anyone interviewing for technical work MUST have an updated resume and a prepared portfolio detailing your technical experience.
See your sponsor for a list of items that could go in your portfolio. Even if you are just starting out in theatre, you CAN create a small portfolio of five items.
Plan be prepared to quickly present your portfolio to us and answer any questions dealing with your prior work.
Anyone interviewing for stage manager should bring a sample promptbook or evidence of organizational skills.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONAll participating students MUST be eligible for Q1 of 2023/2024 school year.
Students must also be available to attend the Maryland Thespian Festival on January 12 and 13, 2024.
